Government Degree College, Naidupet, affiliated to Sri Vikrama Simhapuri University, was established in 1983 to provide quality education to the rural poor students. The College is accredited with “B” Grade Following the schedule all the departments have been involved in planning and preparing post accreditation activities for the academic year 2022-2023, in order to sustain and improve its quality in curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities. A Poor Boys’ Fund has been raised for providing financial assistance to the poor students. At present 25 lecturers are working in the college out of whom 21 regular lecturers and the others are serving on contract and guest basis. Out of 21 regular lecturers, 12 are having Ph.D degrees and 6 are completed NET/SET. As a team, all the teaching staff members strive to achieve the vision and mission of the college.
